Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (m/f/d) EMEA

Your tasks

  • You will be the leading Finance Business Partner for the EMEA region and be responsive for the development and implementation of its regional financial strategy
  • You will provide shareholders and the management of the company in a timely manner with high quality, relevant and transparent information for effective operational and strategic decision making
  • You will provide direct support to the Director of Finance, including serving as a temporary substitute for specific tasks as needed
  • You will take care of the preparation and submission of the monthly report for the entire EMEA region (Germany, France, Serbia, Russia)
  • You will prepare the income statement and balance sheet to provide clear insight into the company’s financial performance
  • You will perform trend analysis to identify financially significant or unusual variances that require follow-up and make suggestions to improve profitability and growth of the business
  • You will prepare financial analysis of capital expenditure requests and reports on capital projects, as well as cost-benefit analyses
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of the full EMEA Budget including the presentation to the EMEA Management
  • You will benchmark the financial performance of customers, suppliers, competitors, and target companies in the region
  • You will provide all necessary information and comments to the global internal team and control in EMEA to meet the requirements of the group internal audit
  • You will develop process automation and ERP implementation and improvements

Your profile

  • You have a successfully completed bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent)
  • You have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience with ERP system is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English are a must
  • You have excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • You are willing to travel when needed
