Our customer is an internationally active company that offers its customers technical problem-solving services via a "managed marketplace", from problem identification identification to technical analysis to actual technical problem solving. Its services focus on solving its customers' competence, capacity, and management problems, using an extensive network of laboratories, universities and scientific institutions. For this, our client has developed a new approach to solving calibration, analysis, testing, validation and failure analysis challenges.

 

On behalf of our client located in Weinheim (remote work possible) we are looking to fill a full-time and permanent position as

 

 

Sales Representative Germany (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Your strengths include the acquisition of new customers and the associated expansion of the customer base
  • You are independently responsible for developing customer relationships with OEMs and suppliers in various industries
  • Customer development as well as the identification of needs with existing customers are part of your strengths
  • You represent the entire service portfolio of the company in customer meetings and presentations
  • You are responsible for conducting contract and price negotiations
  • You prepare individual offers in cooperation with colleagues from the specialist department and you follow up on those
  • You ensure the satisfaction of our customers through comprehensive customer service
  • The maintenance and documentation of customer data as well as their discreet handling are part of your tasks

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a university degree (e.g., science, industrial/mechanical engineering, technical business administration) or have completed technical apprenticeship with corresponding additional qualification or comparable
  • You have already gained relevant experience in Sales, ideally for technical services (e.g., in (Inside) Sales or Account Management)
  • You have a positive track record in B2B Sales
  • You are business fluent in German and have good knowledge of English in word and writing
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • You are willing to travel
  • You have a strong service orientation, negotiation skills and persuasiveness
